Your offer in the amount of $ has been relayed to the owner of Micropay.co for review.
Note: Whether or not the owner chooses to respond is their decision. Some individuals are busy and may miss or choose to ignore unrealistically low offers. Some individuals are prepared to negotiate a sale or lease. Others merely wish to be notified of potential interest; and they may ultimately prefer to keep the domain for personal reasons.
Domain names are actively bought and sold for hundreds, thousands, even millions of dollars, depending on the category. After all, online property is limited; and the web has been around for decades. Therefore, if you do not receive any reply, consider making another offer at a higher amount – something more in keeping with today's market values.
If the current owner doesn't renew, then you'll have a chance at ownership.

Epik makes a concerted effort to respond to every abuse report within 24 hours and to take prompt action, as appropriate, to stop illegal or nefarious activity. In some cases, it may be advisable for the person reporting abuse to contact the domain registrar and/or web host, either of which may be a company other than Epik, or even to report allegedly illegal activity to law enforcement authorities. Note that Epik may reach a conclusion that no abuse has occurred or that Epik does not have jurisdiction or authority to adjudicate in some cases. Epik maintains a record of abuse reports (as required by ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement section 3.18.3) for "the shorter of two (2) years or the longest period permitted by applicable law".
